Here I am, sitting at the Vice President of IS's house with the guy that's supposed to do the VP office's tech support. We're having VPN problems and I'm almost sure it's a router issue, but it's taken me 30 minutes to convince him of that. I've been sitting here trying to get into the router with every password I can think of to no avail, when I asked the support guy if he knew it he said "can I telnet into it?" It's a linksys router. Any tech support professional should be able to tell you that you only get to it through the web.

As things stand now I'm probably going to miss my meeting this morning and any last minute work I needed to get done before I am off all week. grr...
