Apr. 25th, 2002 09:32 amArgh! I discovered last nite that my Transformers DVD set had the wrong Zip code listed. I sent Amazon an e-mail and got this reply:
hank you for writing to us at Amazon.com.
Bah! I want to cry. instead I searched around. Tower records has it for $55, but Amazon has it for $45. I used my borders gift card (had $8.77 left on it) and ordered it from Amazon again. I'm impatient so I got 1 day shipping. now I hope they still have it in stock...

I am sorry to hear that this package may not reach you because of a
problem with the shipping address. In such cases, the packages are
typically returned to us by the shipper, and upon receipt of the
return we will issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
Please note that it typically takes 7 to 14 business days after a
package arrives at our returns center to process the return and issue
a refund. We will send you an e-mail to confirm when the refund has
been completed.
If you would still like to receive these items, I would encourage you
to return to our web site and place a new order. Please be sure to
double-check the shipping address when placing your order.
