I just spent 30 minutes changing my address with citibank on a closed visa credit card. All this just so I can get a $4.88 check from when they told me an incorrect payoff balance. It's been paid off for over a month and they had the wrong address (old and still being forwarded) and blamed that on me dnot getting the check. I would have received it if they had sent it. Credit card companies come after me when I owe them money but when the shoe's on the other foot they're just hypocritical jerks. Makes me glad I'm almost debt free.
