OK, so I should be doing some homework for my database class, since I'm skipping stats to do it, but I wanted to say that the SkypeOut thing worked great! If you don't know Skype is a company that lets you make free PC to PC voice calls and for a fee you can make PC to Phone calls. For $0.021/minute I was able to talk to Teresa in Germany and it sounded pretty good. The second call I heard some echos, but it wasn't bad (or worse than your average cell phone). That same call from her cell to me would have been about $2/minute I think. We're working out a routine where I call her at lunch (7pm for her), when I get off work (11:30pm), and before I go to bed (early morning for her). That just might make this month bearable. I feel so much better than I did last night.

And now...to databases!

Crap...forgot to post this before class. I managed to finish almost all of my homework. :) just about an hour until I can call Teresa! Whooo!

We are so sad. We obviously can't go a day without talking to each other a million times. Or maybe its the thought of being able to talk that gives us comfort. I know I found it incredibly hard to sleep in a different bed. *sigh* 8 hours until I can go home and await your call.
