yakk0dotorgso it's not my wisdom tooth. It's an upper molar that's abcessing. I had the choice, have it pulled or have a root canal, and I choose the root canal. Now I'm having to go to a specialist because my dentist doesn't do root canals on molars. At least the pain has subsided some and I've been able to sleep today. I didn't get any sleep last night. My appointment is at 3pm, and is going to cut severely into my Christmas budget. :( I have to pay $250 today and about $225 later. My crappy insurance pays the rest.
Please send prayers my way for the root canal. I don't really feel comfortable with any dentist but my regular one due to some bad experiences with other ones.
