I woke up with a horrible headache. Maybe champaign doesn't agree with me, but I don't think that's it. I bet it was the pine trees I smelled coming out of the stadium. Either there was a Christmas tree lot nearby or someone was burning them. I'm really allergic to pine trees, and because of that I can't deal with real Christmas trees too.

Champagne is notorious for giving people headaches and hangovers. Something about the bubbles (also sulfites in wine will give you a mad headache, and I'm guessing you're as sensitive to them as I am).

I hope you feel better soon!

Note: Italian (only) Pinot Grigios are low in sulfites if you want a headache-friendly wine at the wedding!

I only had a little champagne last night. A glass after the game, then a small bottle (12 oz?) of california chapagne when I got home. But this is a sinus headache, so I'm blaming the trees.
