the heat works just fine, i keep it at 68 and it feels warmer than in my old house at the same temperature. maybe because there is less space to warm up. for now, i have an elegant black plastic "express" bag in the shower window... sure, the window fogs up once the shower gets hot, but until then... that window kills me, i laugh every time i walk into the bathroom. slept like a baby, super quiet. no, no ghosts, although the setting's perfect. i almost got scared when the shower shelf slid down the shower head. and one more thing... :))) this is funny. our cold and hot water knobs in the shower are switched, so for half an hour last night i was convinced we didn't have hot water running. until i masterfully thought it all out and tried the other knob. if i wouldn't have gotten a hot shower last night, i would have been too miserable. :)
Well, my hot water heater is about 1/2 the size of the one in the new apt, but it just recently stopped working. It's like it's holding less and less hot water lately. I had a lukewarm shower for about 2 minutes today. If I wasn't always running late I'd take you up on your offer, but I don't see how I could get up early enough.
