Grilled Chicken and Angel Hair Pasta

An excellent main dish, especially for chicken lovers!
This recipe has been scaled to make: 2 servings
Ingredients:
3-1/2 ounces angel hair pasta
2/3 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped
1/3 cup pesto
2/3 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 ounce toasted almonds
Directions:
1. Cook angel hair pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain.
2. In a large saucepan over medium heat saute minced garlic in olive oil. Add chopped chicken, cooked and drained pasta, pesto sauce, and mix well.
3. Top with toasted almonds. Serve warm or cold.
