Sep. 4th, 2005 01:16 amI think I found a cake topper for our wedding. The main characters in the webcomic GPF errily mirror the things Teresa and I have gone through in our relationship (except for the virtual reality stuff in the comic...). I was reading the site today and saw they have custom sculptures for the characters and the one with Nick and Ki would be so cool. ( the image is behind the cut )
I've sent the sculptor an e-mail asking if he could do one with her in a wedding dress. That'd be pretty sweet.
We're just over 1 day, 14 hours until kickoff. I'm getting back into game mode after the hurricane stuff. I'm really glad to see how the city's pulling together to help people out. UofM athletes are going to be in uniform before the game collecting money for the Red Cross. I've been hoping they'd also do some discounts on game tickets for the transplanted folks from the hurricane affected areas. Anyways, can't wait to see the Liberty Bowl after the improvements to the field and the new paint.
My new car stereo is in Memphis. Sitting at UPS and not going to be delivered until Tuesday. That's crap. Why isn't the UPS place open for pickups on the weekend? I wish the place had delivered FedEx.
