A few months back I really wanted to get a house, but my credit was too bad to get financed. I signed a 6 month lease renewall and was content in my Apartment until last nite during dinner. Teresa and I were eating a great turkey and dressing Homestyle Bakes that she had cooked and my old neighbor Michael called me. The last time we talked I had told him how I keep going by my old house hoping it'd be for sale. Yesterday his mom noticed a for sale sign and told him and he called me. It's not the biggest or best house in the world, but words cannot describe how much I loved it. Teresa and I went by and got the phone number off the sign and my a realter friend of my mom's gonna call about it for me. I think my credit's in a bit better shape than before, but I still don't know if I could get financed for it. I'm wondering if I could have my dad co-sign for me, or if he'd even do it. I love my apartment, but my dream has always been to get back to this house. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, carport, and is on a half acre lot. I'd have to cut the grass, but although I've dreaded it everywhere else I've had to, I didn't mind it too much there. Maybe there was a reason I forgot and only signed a 6 month lease instead of a 12 month one...

I just cut my phone bill in half. I now only have basic service and caller ID. If I didn't have DSL I would have no phone at all.
