I feel vindicated in my feelings towards Dell after reading today's Lockergnome. Specifically Chris Pirillo's problems he mentions here. And I thought a power adapter that cought fire was bad.

If you read my ranting last week You'll know how frustrated I was at having to do someone else's job for them. My boss just told me that that person is in trouble and things are "looking up" for me. I'm supposed to keep doing what I'm doing and I need to document things I do in our service call database so he has more ammo when talking about me. yay. :)
