Aug. 1st, 2002 11:54 amRiddle me this. Suppose that you are responsible for the computer support of an entire department. You get a batch of new computers in. You were told that the institution's centralized computer lab system (let's call this...um...Tiger-LAN just for grins) was still going to have Windows 2000 instead of Windows XP. Your new computers are for a lab is not a Tiger-LAN lab. The computers also come pre-installed with Windows XP on them. You want to put Windows 2000 on them but the driver CDs with the new comptuers (and this is according to him, I don't believe this) only have Windows XP drivers. How would you get the 2000 drivers?

Aug. 1st, 2002 11:24 pmI found my old crappy Creative Webcam Go tonite and decided to try it and the new WebcamXP. The image quality is horrible b/c of the camera, but WebcamXP has this nifty new flash viewer you can use instead of the java one. Check out my apartment door!.
