right now i'm back at home. I left work early due to nausea and a bad headache that hasn't gone away despite a claritin and 2 excedrins. I knew this was gonna be a bad one when I got a bad migraine in a dream last night. I don't normally remember dreams, but that one was bad.

oh yeah...Teresa comes home tomorrow!!!  She's gone for a week, and it's been really rough. After a day or so of "Jeremy time" I'm ready for her to be back.

I had my first ever migraine last Saturday afternoon (after Alicia had been gone for a week, coincidentally), so I know how you feel. Not only was I nauseous and light-sensitive, but I was just laying there on my bed in too much pain to get up, take a shower, and go buy some excedrin. Eventually I sucked it up, took a shower (in intense pain), and got the pill. Luckily I respond well to excedrin migraine, so things got better within an hour and I was able to eat dinner. I hope you get better soon...
