yakk0dotorgWhy can't people let me do my stinking job without trying to make it harder for me? I was asked in a meeting this morning why I didn't put some CD images on a server with other CD images and instead put them on my dept's server with other materials related to THE SAME FRICKING TOPIC. Well, I don't know...maybe because we got the server for storage of these images? Maybe I like being able to drag and drop the files over instead of FTPing it? Maybe because I haven't heard anyone complain until now about them not being in a single place?
I tried my hardest to keep my cool during the meeting, but did kinda slam my PocketPC's stylus down on the table in frustration. I'll continue on my plan to do things the same way I've been doing them, but will do put them on the software site if I'm forced. I'll make sure they know how I feel.
