Jul. 8th, 2003 11:15 amI'm so mad right now. I ordered an espresso machine last wednesday and got 2nd day shipping. I forgot that friday was the 4th, so I figured I'd get it monday. Monday came and went. Now it's Tuesday and I called Airborne to find out where my espresso machine is and they said it's lost. #@#%$@#!!! LOST?!? Now I have filed a claim with outpost and they're sending me another one that will ship in 1 to 2 days. This is not the way to keep a customer happy. I even bought all this espresso stuff (syrups, grounds, etc.)!
Sigh...and my air conditioner broke so it's like 85 degrees in here.
