does anyone know where I can find an mp3 or midi version of "bud" that the UofM band plays? It's from a budweiser commercial in the movie "Close Encounters of the Third Kind." The UofM band doesn't seem to play it anymore and I have a sick need to hear it. :P

Give up. I looked for that a year or so ago. I even went to the extent of calling Budweiser. The song is called "Here Comes the King". The closest I've been able to find is here.

The song from that link was from a Bud commercial that came out three years after the original commercial (the original coming out in 1971.) Anyway, I found this from a message board... maybe you'll just have to rent the movie:
