Forest Service tells tenant 20-foot flagpole must go.
"If you're putting holes in the ground where Native Americans once resided, that needs an archaeological review," Forest Service spokesman Frank Mosbacher said.

Um...can't a case for that be made for the entire country?

The operative word here is LIVED. If they're no longer living, we can assume they're dead. Who knows what's buried in some guys "backyard".
