UGH! Again with the music from above! I can not concentrate because of all the thumping. I'm going to give them until 11:00, then I'm going to call the main office. I can't wait to move out of this place.

They finally quit about 10PM, but I couldn't concentrate on watching TV because of it. I think they're new neighbors, too.
