Merry Christmas!!!
Dec. 24th, 2005 01:35 amThis was Max from his last Christmas. I've got to see if I can get a little Santa hat for Skye to wear tomorrow when I'm at my Mom's.
I'm up because I just got back from my Microsoft Server class. We combined tomorrow's and tonight's classes and finished it all. Tomorrow I'm going to be swamped. I've got to do the bulk of my shopping, then my sister and I are heading out to Oakland for Christmas with my mom's side of the family. Christmas morning we're heading back out to Mom's for breakfast and to exchange presents among just the immediate family, then we're heading out to Millington to have Christmas with my dad's side of the family.
When I get home I'm probably going to go to sleep fairly early so I can get up early Monday and drive to Dallas. I've got to get there before 3 (probably before 2 even) so I can pick up Teresa and find a sportsbar to watch the game. Then I think we're going to Texas de Brazil with some of her family that night and the rest of the week is going to be a blur to me. I'm glad the Gonzaga game on Tuesday is on ESPN2, I hate that I'm going to miss that. We're back in Memphis on Friday I think.
In a way, I'm looking forward to being so busy, but I'm also really glad this is the last Christmas Teresa and I are going to spend apart. Being busy is keeping my mind off missing her, but not as much as I had thought.
Now I'm off to bed. If I don't post again before hand, Merry Christmas...and to all a good night!
