Mar. 7th, 2003 10:00 amTalk about customer service. I shipped off my defective Gamecube a week ago. Last nite I check the tracking number to make sure they received it, and they had, so I check their website to see if I can contact them and get an estimate of when to expect the replacement. They already had a tracking number and it was delivered yesterday! This morning I picked up my replacement and will test it during lunch. w00t!
