I hate users. I've been going non-stop today in what was supposed to be a slow day. Most users are pretty grateful for my help and I don't mind them as much, but there are some that take my services for granted and call for every little thing. USE SOME COMMON SENSE PEOPLE! If the computer doesn't work and you call me, when I ask you what the error message says, don't agree with me that yes there is an error message and I need to look at it. READ THE FRICKING THING TO ME SO I CAN BE PREPARED BY KNOWING WHAT I'M GOING TO DEAL WITH!
