May. 16th, 2002 11:39 amI'm finding myself increasingly frustrated at work. It seems like little by little my responsibilities are being taken from me. I don't know if this is by design or because I'm too lazy or clueless. I think I'm going to talk with my boss about it tomorrow and see what he says.
My main problem is that there is one other guy in my office with the same title as me, and we're supposed to have our responsibilities split. I take care of lab issues, he takes care of smart classroom (auditoriums with computers and stuff) issues. Seems pretty black and white. Unfortunately he seems to be doing ALL leaving me with nothing to do. If a student comes asking me about a service call and he overhears us, he's literally out the door to take care of the service call I wanted the student to do. This is really getting on my nerves and I would like a clairification on what I'm supposed to be doing.
In addition to that I had another little encounter with my "nemisis" as Aardwolf phrases it. I'm about to go to my mom's for lunch and play with my puppy.
